比賽主題 Theme:
太空旅行（宇宙、星球、銀河及太空旅行探索）及 太空科技（太空人、外星人、太空未來科技）。
Space travel ( planets, galaxies, and space travel) Space technology (astronauts, aliens, future technology)
作品格式：(可自由選擇「繪畫比賽」或「立體黏土創作」其中一個或二個比賽)
1. 繪畫比賽 Painting competition -(西洋畫、國畫、油畫等不限技法、顏料及風格或電腦繪圖作品) 尺寸不大於A3(30cm X 42cm) 拍攝或掃描圖片網上遞交，或郵寄作品。
Western paintings, Chinese paintings, oil paintings, etc. Unlimited techniques, paints and styles or computer drawing. Size not larger than A3(30cm X 42cm). Take or scan pictures to submit online, or send by post.
2.立體/黏土創作 3D/Clay Creation - 素材不限，以(黏土)或(非黏土)立體剪貼創作 作品完成後，多角度拍攝並挑選5張圖片網上遞交。
(3D/Clay creation) The material and size are not limited. After the work is completed, shoot from multiple angles And select 5 pictures to submit online.

Result結果公佈：: 30-6-2026
獎項於通知賽果後3個月內陸續寄出
假若本會舉辦展覽活動，將會邀請優秀者作品參加展覽（參賽者可保留原紙本繪畫作品以供參展）

由環球藝術發展中心召集相關專業人士組成評審團， 經反復評審後，選出得獎作品。The submissions will be judged by artistic professionals. –配合主題 Match the theme (50%) –構圖 Composition(25%) –繪畫技巧 Drawing skills(25%)

比賽細則 Regulation
1. 評審結果以評審委員會之決定為準，參賽者需遵從大會之決定，不得異議。
2. 參賽者均視為同意遵守本比賽之規則，所有參賽費用一律不獲發還。
3. 參賽作品主辦機構有權作刊載、出版、網上發放、公開展覽等用途，並保留採用作品之最終決定權。
4. 參賽作品可於公佈結果後3個月內申請退回(行政費用港元$60)，只限郵寄，參賽作品保留3個月後會銷毀。
5. 參賽作品如因任何情況引致損失或損壞，本中心概不負責或作任何賠償。
6. 大會有權保留修訂比賽細則的權利，而無需另行通知，以大會網站最新版本為準。
7. 如有任何爭議，大會保留最後權利。
